Remember when P. Diddy released his Last Train to Paris album? The one that Anna Wintour and Andre Leon Talley were featured on? Well, Karl Lagerfeld may not have guested on any of the tracks, but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t hang out with Diddy at the Dior Homme show in Paris yesterday.
Remember that time a model’s hair caught fire while she was lounging in a bathtub at P. Diddy’s album release party? Well, in the spirit of the season, Diddy has reportedly offered to make amends to the torched beauty, a model by the name of Miyoki Jones.
In case anyone needed further proof that Sean “P. Diddy” Combs knows how to throw a party, last night’s hotel room soiree in honor of his new album was officially, and literally, en fuego.
It turns out this season’s coolest fashion collaboration isn’t something you can wear — it’s Sean Combs‘ new album Last Train To Paris. Why? Its tracks feature nods of approval from people like Anna Wintour, Andre Leon Talley and Marc Jacobs. Somewhere in the world, Kanye West is self flagellating right now.
If you ever want to impress a design nerd, tell them you love Pentagram. Pentagram is one of the world’s foremost design firms, and home to design celebs like Paula Scher and Michael Beirut. Despite doing work for Saks, Alexander McQueen and Tiffany, Pentagram’s latest fashion collaboration wasn’t their doing. How so, you ask? P. Diddy totally ripped off one of their designs for a Sean John tee.
Sean “P. Diddy 4Eva” Combs is probably just as famous for his annual White Party than he is for any of his other endeavors, not only because of the insanity that is the guestlist, but because of how strict he is with regards to attire: no white, you’re not getting in. But apparently Diddy’s fastidiousness to costume doesn’t translate quite as well to pink.
And here you have it: photographic evidence that Anna Wintour not only had fun at the Met Ball (and the after party!) but that she did, in fact, dance with Diddy.
