It’s summer. It’s hot. Even in the rain we’re sweating. And we’re frustrated because we can’t take advantage of what Eric Wilson of The New York Times has officially anointed the summer style epidemic (in a good way) of 2010: the cuff roll. But who can actually pull it off?

Small butts are officially out. At least that’s what New York’s Daily News wants us to believe. In an article titled “Rearing to go! Big butts are summer 2010′s hottest trend,” Gina Salamone posits that big butts are actually summer’s hottest trend — never mind the nautical stripe or slightly sheer fabrics or the cuff roll (which, friends, we will get to later today). No, no. Gotta have a big butt for S/S ’10.
