Kelly Osbourne was the first of a number of celebrities who made photographers lose their minds at the J. Mendel runway show Wednesday, and when the flashbulbs died down, we took the opportunity to ask her a few questions about being a card-carrying member of The Fashion Police and what she’s wearing to the Oscars.
