There are magazine covers and then there are magazine covers, and Vanity Fair‘s March issue one is definitely the latter.

We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about Justin Bieber‘s cover for Vanity Fair. That is to say, we’ve stared at Justin’s lipstick-covered mug for many more hours than we’d care to admit and still didn’t catch this egregious Photoshop error: VF totally sliced off part of Bieber’s brow.

Vanity Fair is loving on the young popstars as of late, first giving Justin Bieber his own cover and then deciding to feature everyone’s favorite hair whipper Willow Smith in the same February issue.
Justin Bieber Shares His Deep Thoughts With Vanity Fair
He’s not naked, but he’s certainly covered in lipstick — which means at least half of our prediction for Justin Bieber’s then rumored Vanity Fair cover was spot on. Teased by the cover question, “Is this the adorable inescapable face of 2011?”, Bieber’s issue of the mag hits stands on Thursday, but the photos are already here — as are behind-the-scenes video and some absurdly quotable soundbites from the Biebs himself. Not lacking for confidence, this one.
