In November, Vena Cava was reportedly in serious financial trouble and it looked like founders Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai would have to shutter the 8-year-old company. Now the duo has confirmed a deal with Li & Fung subsidiary LF USA that would keep Vena Cava afloat.

WWD reports that a financing deal broke down earlier this month, leaving the 8-year-old company seriously strapped for cash.
