Joan Smalls is really, frighteningly beautiful. Which is why we’re extra pleased that W made her their July cover girl — though reports indicate fellow model Karlie Kloss will also have a version. We’re also looking forward to have her kohl-rimmed eyes replace Tom Cruise and his guyliner staring us down at the newsstand. Well done all around, W!
